Reunion Costs
All aspects of the reunion are covered in the ticket price, including: facility rental, food, tax, gratuity, alumni research, postage, printing, publicity, and access to the registration website. The planning committee hired A+ Reunions to help handle research, marketing, and registration logistics. The cost of their services is included in the ticket price as well. Working with A+ Reunions has enabled us to hand over some of the work so we could focus on the important things—like planning the actual event!

Best Value Deadline: September 15
To get the best registration price, you must pre-register by September 15. Registration at the door may be limited, is not guaranteed, and will cost $20.00 more per person, cash only.

Reunion Memories Directory
The Reunion Memories Directory includes a Class Reunion directory, a collection of alumni mailing and email addresses and other personal information. The Reunion Memories Directory will be mailed within three weeks after the reunion.  Return the form on page 3 by September 26 so that your grad info can be included in the Reunion Directory.

Here’s a great way to promote your business and let your fellow classmates know what you’re doing. Send in a business card or B/W camera-ready art and we’ll reproduce it in the reunion directory. Ads with payment must be submitted no later than by September 26.

Reunion Tips
Do your homework, thumb through your yearbook to remind yourself of fun stories and fond memories. Remember to bring your camera and extra film/card, photos of your family, business cards, money for the bar and wear comfortable shoes for mingling.

Note from your Reunion Committee
As you may know, this reunion has been a while in the making—with only one date change! That’s why you are receiving this announcement much later than we had originally anticipated. We just hope that it’s not too late for you to join us. It’s been 30 years since we threw our caps in the air and headed out to celebrate, and it’s time we celebrate again. This reunion won’t be fancy; no prom dresses or tuxes required. Instead, we hope this will be a chance for people to catch up, reminisce, and have fun in a relaxed and casual setting. There will, of course, be entertainment and other mandatory reunion antics, along with good food and great company. So, please, overlook the late notice if you can and join us for what will no doubt be a great evening. We look forward to seeing you!
